Everything offered here, including but not limited to, the OBE Method, teachings, transmissions, meditations, and materials — is spiritual and educational in nature.

This work is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

It is a transmission of energy, remembrance, and soul-level guidance.

You are responsible for how you use and apply anything shared.

I am not a licensed healthcare provider. Nothing in this space is meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition — mental, emotional, physical, or otherwise.

There are no promised outcomes or results. Each soul’s path is unique.

Your License (What You May Do)

When you join, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own private spiritual use.

You can:

  • Read, watch, or listen to the content for yourself

Boundaries (What You May Not Do)

Without clear written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Materials in any form

  • Claim any part of the Soul Mission Work as your own creation

Any unauthorized use of the Materials is a violation of these Terms and of copyright law and may result in:

  • Immediate removal of your access, without refund, and
  • Any legal action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the work

4. Private Spaces & Confidentiality

Some teachings may be shared inside private areas, such as member portals or private groups.

You agree to:

  • Keep everything shared inside private spaces confidential
  • Respect the privacy and stories of other members
  • Never screen record, repost, or redistribute any content from these spaces

This is a sacred, private spiritual environment. By entering, you agree to uphold its confidentiality, integrity, and respect.

5. Energy Exchange & Strict No Refund

Joining Soul Mission offerings is an energy exchange, not a business transaction.

Because the work is digital, energetic, and often gives instant access:

All purchases are final. No refunds are offered.

This applies even if:

  • You change your mind
  • You don’t use or complete the material
  • Your life circumstances change
  • You feel unsure after joining

Only join when you feel clear and ready. Not from urgency or pressure.

A creator mindset knows: the energy you invest in yourself always comes back, in ways aligned with your path.

You agree not to dispute or attempt to reverse your payment for any reason.

6. Access and Accounts

Details about access duration (for example: ongoing access, time-limited access, or membership-style access) will be clearly stated on the information page and/or checkout page for each specific offering.

By making a payment, you agree that:

  • Your access will match what is described at the time of payment.
  • Access may be provided through a private member area or protected pages.
  • Access is for you only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to another person.

You’re responsible for keeping your login safe and private.

Changes, Updates, and Availability

As the Soul Mission Work evolves, content, modules, or materials may be:

  • Updated or refined
  • Re-organized
  • Temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance
  • Added or removed

Changes of this nature do not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
